My friend P said I seem to make Ginger a bit unfortunate all the time. I guess it's just a part of building a character. A happy character might be boring (it's also true to writing). Most people tend to sympathize character who runs into a lot of hiccups. But I normally make sure that Ginger reflects the nature of children in their everyday life, or maybe even adults can relate to this as well.
